How our zone-based pricing works

Every delivery zone has a base charge that covers the first kilogram. Each extra kilogram is billed at the zone's per-kg rate. Remote areas add a fixed surcharge. When you book a parcel the final charge is calculated automatically from the destination zone and weight, so there are no surprises.
